My high praise is...I worked with a salesperson who built my trust and confidence. I don't think Derek mislead me once. Which says alot! I particularly liked that he followed through on changes we agreed to. He tended to solve problems rather than negotiate with me about them. Car shopping is such an adversarial interaction, requiring vigilance and warriness. Mastria was no exception, but I'll say that they were better to deal with than the other dealerships I encountered. The staff were very professional.
