My name is Rick Mastria and I am the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Mastria Auto Group. I am the third generation of automobile dealers in my family. I grew up in the business, learning from my father at his Chevrolet dealership in Taunton, MA and then, at 25 years old I became a dealer myself. Today, my primary responsibility is to direct the future business planning for the auto group. I have built my business by focusing on the needs of my customers. My open door policy encourages all customers to contact me directly should the need arise. I have found that the best advertising is through word of mouth and by being accessible to my customers, I hope to reinforce to them that I care very much about their experience at Mastria.
There have been many milestones through the course of my career at Mastria but I am most proud of the fact that I was able to diversify the portfolio of the business. This has allowed me to offer my customers a wide range of products and services to choose from. Just as importantly, is the management style I embrace at Mastria. I try to give each manager as much autonomy as they need so that they, too, can grow and learn the business as I have.
In my spare time, I enjoy golfing, basketball, being on the water at Cape Cod and playing keyboards in a band. I have served on the board of directors for the Taunton YMCA and Taunton Area Chamber of Commerce. I have also been the president of the Massachusetts SADA and of the local advertising association for General Motors.

My name is Ede Ferreira and I am the Chief Operating Officer of the Mastria Auto Group. My job is to review the operations of each of our stores to make sure we are attaining the goals we set for each department. I spend time every week with each manager to make sure the process we have put into place are working. We review the goals we have set for each department and, working together, we find innovative ways to more effectively manage our business.
I started in the automobile business when I was a high school. I worked as a technician at the original Mastria Buick in the early 80's. I eventually worked as a service writer and then became the service manager at Mastria Buick, Pontiac, GMC Truck. As the business grew, I gained the responsibility of managing the service and parts departments for both of the Mastria GM stores. When we added the Subaru and Nissan stores, it became evident that we needed an operations manager. The knowledge I have gained by working in the business for so many years has allowed me to effectively oversee the operations of all departments within our organization.
I grew up in Taunton and have served on the board of directors for the Taunton Area Chamber of Commerce. I have three children and enjoy spending time on weekends with my family. I like riding my bike and sailing.
My name is Robert Mastria and I am the Chief Financial Officer of the Mastria Auto Group. Primarily, I am responsible for overseeing all of the accounting and financial analysis functions for the auto group. I grew up in the business working side by side with my brother, Rick, and my dad at his Chevrolet dealership in Taunton. I was educated at Syracuse University and joined my brother as an operator of the original Mastria Motors in Raynham. I worked there until 1985. I rejoined the organization in 2004. My goal as the CFO is to see that the business is fiscally sound and to see the organization grow and succeed.
I have three grown children who make me very proud of their accomplishments. My time away from work is spent working in my yard. I enjoy traveling and I am an avid fan of auto racing.
My name is Ruddy Brito and I am the Director of Business Development at the Mastria Auto Group. As the Director of Business Development, it is my responsibility to constantly find ways to innovatively market our business to the buying public. It is also my job to make sure that as a group, we have all the processes in place to insure that our customer's overall experience is a positive one. The Mastria business was built on customer satisfaction and as we grow, and are able to offer consumers different buying options, we want to make sure we continue to provide the high level of customer service that customers have come to expect at Mastria. We have also recognized that the way consumers shop for cars has changed and it has become very important for us to provide exceptional service to our internet customers, too. We strive to answer all internet inquiries in a timely, thorough and professional manner.
I started selling cars several years ago after looking for something different to do. I have a technical background and was at one time, a network engineer working on a large project on Wall Street. I am a survivor of the 911 tragedy and post-911, I was looking for a change. After selling cars for a while, I began developing an internet sales department at the dealership I was working at and eventually became General Manager. I joined the Mastria Auto Group in 2007 as the Director of Business Development.
I was born in the Dominican Republic and immigrated to the US in 1993. I grew up in New Jersey and came to New England just over four years ago. When I am not working, I enjoy quality time with my family and my dog. When I was in college and high school I belonged to a drum corp and competed in competitions all over the country. Today, I enjoy judging band competitions and other various musical competitions in New England. I also enjoy fishing and golfing.
My name is Michele Mastria Scaife and I am the Marketing Manager for the Mastria Auto Group. As the marketing manager, I am responsible for finding effective ways to promote and brand our business. I also manage a print shop within our organization were I produce all of our direct mail promotions, as well as all of the other print material we need to operate.
I grew up working at my dad's dealership as a child and after college; I worked as a district manager for Toyota Motor Corporation. I left Toyota to travel with my husband on a year- long backpacking adventure around the world. When I returned, I went to work at the Publick House in Sturbridge, MA as the Director of Marketing for three years before leaving when my first child was born. I stayed home for 10 years while my children were young and came back into the family business on a part-time basis five years ago.
When I am not working, I enjoy playing soccer, basketball and running. I also enjoy all water sports and spend as much time as possible on the Cape. My husband and I continue to travel with our two sons.

Hi, my name is Chris Dunn and I am the General Sales Manager of Mastria Subaru. My primary responsibility as the GSM at Mastria is the buying, selling and marketing of all new and pre-owned vehicles. I also am responsible for training and motivating my sales force as I continue to build upon the excellent reputation of the Mastria organization.
I grew up in Quincy, MA and started selling Subarus in 1986 at Boston Subaru. Since then, I have managed the operations of two other Subaru dealerships in the greater Boston area before coming to Mastria. I joined Mastria because of their impeccable reputation for taking care of the customer. Making my customers feel valued in a comfortable atmosphere has been my goal since becoming a manager. I am able to accomplish this at Mastria, as I quickly realized how closely our goals were aligned. I am happy working at Mastria because it is a well structured dealership that offers me growth potential and an excellent work atmosphere.
When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family. I like swimming, bike riding, skiing and many other recreations sports. I am constantly striving for success both professionally and personally.
Hi, my name is Charles Manganelli and I am the General Sales Manager at Saturn of Raynham. My primary responsibility as the GSM at Saturn is to maintain an attractive inventory of new and pre-owned vehicles. I am constantly working with my sales staff to develop their skills and knowledge so that they are prepared to serve the needs each and every one of our customers. It is also important for me as the General Sales Manager to work closely with the other managers in my store to insure that the level of customer satisfaction we desire is achieved in all departments.
I come to the Mastria Group with many years of experience in the automobile business. I am happy to share my experience with those who I work with so that they many develop into better employees and achieve their individual goals.
In my spare time, I enjoy working in my yard, sailing in Narragansett Bay and cooking.
Hi, my name is Jason Ferreira and I am the General Sales Manager of Mastria Nissan. My primary responsibility as the GSM at Mastria is the purchasing and maintaining of all new and pre-owned vehicles in our inventory. I also assist in the sales process working with customers on pricing and vehicle appraisals. Another one of my responsibilities is to train and motivate my sales force to insure that each customer experiences the high level of customer satisfaction that the Mastria organization has come to expect.
I grew up in Taunton, MA and at the young age of 12 years old, I started working in the reconditioning department at Mastria. From there, I worked in the service department moving up to service advisor and eventually to a sales consultant. I became very interested in the financial services department and spent several years working as a Finance Manager. The experience I gained in finance lead me to a position as sales manager and finally, General Sales Manager. I also served my country in the U.S. Army's 82nd Airborne Division as a sergeant in the airborne infantry. I like working at Mastria because I work with a great group of people and I have the opportunity to earn business from the community that I grew up in.
When I am not at work, my primary enjoyment is spending time with my family. I am also an avid body builder and have accomplished many triathalons and road races. My greatest achievement was competing in the Iron Man Triathalon.
